We lend on highly marketable residential and commercial properties in Southern Ontario including but not limited to the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton and St. Catherines. We target low loan to value (65% LTV or less) across our portfolio and with zero defaults you have the confidence to know your investment is secure.
