With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and lending world, Brian has worked at major banks in both the lending and investing capacity. Brian has over seen and facilitated 10,000 mortgages throughout his career, in addition to $100 Million worth of private mortgages.
SIMON HANVEY
Simon has 15 years of mortgage broker and lending experience. He has been Director of Sales for few different MIC start-ups as well as experience in raising capital and seeking new investors to join the team.
CONRAD ZURINI
Conrad is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Escarpment and Niagara, in Ontario. The brokerage facilitates over 12,000 real estate transactions per year. His experience in the real estate gives Shore Capital over 30 years experience of valuation and marketability of the assets it is lending on.
